Regular customer but things have gone down since the two Dominican managers who ran the store left. Have never had so many issues with my orders. Today will be the last time I order. Why would a slice have an odd whole in a slice ? I don't know. The new manager/person in charge is unapologetic and very dry. The ONLY good thing left at this store is my favorite delivery person. Forever nice!

Pros: One of the branches of the famous pizza chain Papa John's in New York. The workers are kind and friendly. Multiple choices can be made from the menu options. The taste is very delicious, as usual, fresh and distinctive. Prices are very acceptable for the quality. The branch is in a special location in Manhattan. There's no delay in delivery or pickup. Overall rating is 08/10.Cons: There's no dining area in the branch. Otherwise can't complain.

Person on the phone was so rude my pizza was broken the food had no top I asked for Alfredo sauce I’m allergic to tomato suace and the food was cold was suppose to get a free pizza and they denied to saying if you buy online you don’t get it free so be careful when you order online and the man was nasty even made fun of me by saying ask the uber to help you with the pizza very unprofessional. I give this place a 0 and they need to do better.

I was totally shocked when i saw the pizza arrived. it was cold and all messed up and literally it wasn't a pizza any more. I usually understand if the shape of pizza does not seem as it should do because sometimes things are happened and delivery guys are not delivering only my food but this one…unacceptable. I couldn't even touch it cause it looked like someone kneaded it. Papa John's, if you guys don't want to deliver your food to places more than 50 blocks away, just don't list your restaruants for customers in those areas. Tonight my favorite pizza restaurant became the worst and undesirable one.

Just moved to UWS, and was stoked to see a Papa John's nearby. The location delivered on great ingredients, and great pizza, but their pizza cutter must be super dull because every slice was stuck together. Papa John's is a family favorite, we usually order every other week. Please buy your team a sharp pizza slicer!!
