★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is definitely not the original Bogati, and I can say with certainty that my experience here was a letdown. The ice cream was subpar and lacked the rich, creamy taste you expect from a top-notch shop. The cheese was also disappointing, as it didn't have the same freshness or quality that the authentic Bogati is known for. This place feels like a poor imitation, and I recommend you not waste your money here. Instead, make the short walk of just two blocks to the real Bogati store, where you’ll find the genuine flavors and quality that truly make it worth your visit.
August 01 · Juan GavilanesThe owner needs to pay more attention to their reviews. The customer service was not good. It was my first time, and I wanted to learn about the flavors before ordering, but the worker was just pushing me to buy something without being helpful in explaining the flavors.
September 01 · Waldemar AlamoThe people here are super nice and help you out with the many different menu items and many different flavored ice creams they have! I took my boyfriend here and at first he thought he wouldn’t like the ice cream but he loved it ! I happy this ice cream shop opened up it’s been a while since I’ve had Ecuadorian ice cream.
March 02 · Carolina BermejoThe ice cream was way affordable and the ambiance was good and the service was quick and effective. The people working there were nice. Other reviews made are just to put this establishment down. There’s nothing wrong at all with the service here. Ice cream flavors were good too
June 17 · JewelI love this place. As someone who is often in the area, it’s a blessing to finally have an ice cream shop nearby. I stopped by during rush hour and saw there was a long line. Not gonna lie, it was a tad annoying waiting but it was so worth it. I never in my life imagined putting cheese on my ice cream but here I am, now an advocate for cheese to be placed on ice cream. The price wasn’t too bad, and this is coming from a frugal person. 100% will be coming back repeatedly this summer!
