I visited this Subway hoping for a quick vegetarian meal and left completely disappointed. I ordered plain nachos and a veggie sub, clearly stating no meat. One of the employees still added steak. When I pointed out the mistake, she rolled her eyes and said "oh my god," as if it were my fault.Instead of remaking the nachos, a second employee simply picked the steak out in the corner and handed the same chips back then told me they were fresh. As a vegetarian, that’s unacceptable and frankly unsanitary. If staff can’t respect basic dietary requests or handle food safely, I won’t be returning and I advise everyone to stay away from this location.

Thar happened just today!!! 1 HOUR AGO.... So I busy work all day then see time stop let me take something to eat so I decided go ahead with Subway and it's not far from where I am... It's 6 mins away... it was 8:55pm and it say they closed at 9:30pm OK FINE HAVE TIME... I arrived there and parked at 9:05pm then typing on my phone be ready to tell what I want BECAUSE I AM DEAF!!!! So typing on my phone then there's last 1 worker there she rush get out, light out and locked the door she OUT at 9:10pm.... OH NICE NOW SHE MADE ME COME THERE FOR NOTHING AND ITS NOT 9:30pm YET.... BAD WORKER AND NO EXCUSES She should know that I come because I was there and parked then she ready to LEAVE IN 5 MINS.... CRUEL & BAD WORKER ALSO UNFRIENDLY.... THANKS NOW SHE MAKE ME HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO EAT.... BAD WORKER Also when she out and start closed I told her ITS NOT 9:30pm YET she still CLOSED and leave... NOT LET ME HAVE MY ORDER NOTHING!!!!

Subway is always my safe place, and they seem to have made a recent sort of peace with their franchisees. The specials are honored and more places now even though they are less frequent.I tell you, a good old Subway sandwich, it's like a hug from your grandma. It's just become a part of what I look forward to sometimes.Anyway, current staff is very nice.Thank you for my sandwiches!

I feel horrible for writing this review but this subway has gone quite down hill. With the previous owners it was very good, nice staff, quality meat and vegetables. But now the meat is quite literally gross, the ham especially, it’s definitely not the Black Forest that they use to use, it’s sweet and has a chemical taste and makes the sandwich disgusting. They are extremely understaffed, which isn’t entirely their fault but some (not all) of the staff are very rude (except for this one nice older man he’s very nice) but their is this one women who has a messy bun and glasses with a nose ring who’s just awful, she’s slow, rude and honestly crazy. I came in at 12:15 and their was one other man in front of me, but when I came in instead of helping the man she was taking an online order, no biggie but she was doing it so insufferably slow, she finally got to the man’s order which was very small, and it still was insuffarably long. at this point I’ve been in the establishment for 15 minutes still just me in the store, she then took the longest online order I’ve ever seen. I told her my order was very short it was only one thing and she still insisted on finishing the order that had four different sandwiches, after that a line started forming and more and more people kept coming in getting frustrated with the woman and leaving. she took an additional 15 minutes to do the entire online order before she got to me, the entire time she was doing the order and more people kept coming in she was yelling and exclaiming that her coworker hasn’t came in yet, which I do understand her frustration. after I get my order which took a few minutes, I noticed that the line was about seven people and Morehead came in but had left out of frustration, after my order she told the next person in line that he would have to wait because she had to do three online orders.Overall she was very rude very condescending and very erratic.

Earlier this evening, I went to pick up my online order at this Subway location. Matt, one of the owners of the franchise helped me, and he was very professional and courteous. We had a great conversation as he helped prepare the subs I ordered. The location itself was very clean, and everything you'd expect from a Subway. Highly recommend if you're craving something to eat!
