Purchased these today just before evening and after coming home when I opened the box I found out that, they hadn't given me the French fries. The same thing happened couple of months ago and then I thought it was a mistake but, when they did it again I don't think it's a mistake, and I felt worthless to go back to the store spending 15 +15 = 30 minutes of drive to claim my fries. This is the poorest quality of service I have ever seen.

Ordered via their website and pick-up was convenient and quick. The fried chicken (spicy) was very delicious. The biscuits were delicious and buttery. Chicken sandwich was very good. Fish sandwich was ok. Service was friendly.Recently had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich; it's very delicious and satisfying. Also had the coleslaw and the mac & cheese sides; both were good. Restaurant was busy with customers placing and picking up orders, but service was friendly, fast, and efficient which didn't affect the food's quality.
