★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1$15 for a vodka cranberry without tip? I mean, you’re in Queens, and it’s cheaper in the city. I don’t mind paying a fair price, but for such a small glass… not really worth it. First time here the place is huge and packed with a young crowd. DJ was spinning some great tracks, and I loved the music choices
September 02 · Dan Oyan1 star is for the Saturday night’s DJ.The Saturday night DJ was not great. The place has a big space and a good crowd, but only 5-6 people were actually dancing. The DJ wasn’t playing songs that matched the vibe or got people moving, just their own choice of music. A DJ should play tracks that resonate with the audience and make people want to get up and dance.
September 07 · Productive MinutesI went in for a drink with my friends. I was at the bar and ordered espresso martini. The bar tender was a girl. She served me my drink. I was enjoying it and taking a sip. When I was looking around, I saw her just rinsing the glass without using any soap. I even asked her if she washed my glass with the soap, she just smiled awkwardly, couldn’t look into my eyes, and never came near me. I just had a sip and I could not finish it at all. That was so unhygienic. Paying $18 for a drink and getting this kind of service is totally unacceptable. I am never going back. I literally was about to throw up thinking about it. Please level up your hygiene.
September 06 · Divya ShresthaThis place is loot. We had 2 margarita only and they charge one extra. They let us pay first without receipt and brought the receipt later. Watch out and pay attention to your bills guys.
May 18 · Tsering DolmaMy experience at the Palace Bar was so embarrassing that my family and I were asked to move from one seat to another three times consecutively. We've never felt so embarrassed in our lives. When I asked if the seats cost extra, a waiter replied that they cost the same as the entrance fee, even though we were willing to pay more. My friend had warned me that the staff can be disrespectful and lack basic customer service skills, and unfortunately, that proved to be true. They seemed biased for no reason. This was definitely our last visit to this place.
