## What is Worth Choosing: The Ultimate Tipsy Menu Guide
Navigating the menu at Tipsy Tequila and Taco Bar is half the fun, but for first-time visitors and seasoned Bayside foodies alike, here are the choices that consistently receive high praise and truly define the experience.
For an appetizer, the Tipsy Nachos ($14.50), loaded with jalapeno nacho and cheese, corn and black bean salsa, guacamole, and sour cream, are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. However, the true showstopper starter is the Crazy Corn ($10.00). This chili-spiced grilled corn on the cob, topped with queso fresco and chipotle sauce, is the Bayside take on the classic Mexican street food, elote, and is highly recommended by locals.
The TACOS section is non-negotiable. The Gringo Taco ($9.00), their slow-cooked beef birria equivalent, is an absolute favorite—just be sure to ask for the accompanying consommé for dipping. The Al Pastor ($8.00), with pork cut fresh off the vertical broiler, provides an authentic, rich flavor profile. Don't overlook the seafood options; the Blackened Shrimp ($12.00) and Mahi Mahi Taco ($8.50) with spicy slaw offer lighter, zesty alternatives. The inclusion of the Beyond Taco ($7.50) ensures that a delicious, flavorful option is available for those looking for Vegetarian choices.
Beyond the tacos, the HANDHELDS are fantastic for a heartier meal. The Smash Burger ($17.50) has garnered surprising popularity and is a great testament to the kitchen's quality, even outside of traditional Mexican fare. The Tipsy Pork ($16.00), a Cuban-style sandwich with sliced pork served on ciabatta bread and accompanied by birria consommé, offers a creative, indulgent fusion. For burrito lovers, the Ultimate Bell Blvd Burrito ($9.50) lives up to its name, customizable with various proteins and fillings like corn salsa, black beans, and guacamole, making it a powerful lunch option.
To drink, a handcrafted Cocktail is essential to the experience. While the specific names may rotate, customers rave about the quality of their margaritas. Finally, ensure you leave room for the smooth, sweet Flan or the other dessert options to complete the meal. With its winning formula of flavor, fun, and value, Tipsy Tequila and Taco Bar is a vital part of the Queens dining landscape.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Tacos are so good!!! The gringo tacos are bomb and the smash burger smashes! Prices are too good to be true! It's honestly heaven for like a Mexican sports bar! Must visit if near! Food is totally worth it!
May 08 · william tagueWelcoming staff and lively environment. I got the Gringo Tacos which is their Birria equivalent. The consomé is not super authentic but overall very tasty meal for the price and vibe. The flan was very good.
May 05 · Samhal Asfawabsolutely yes!! a place like this was needed on bell. the prices are amazing, and the food completely took me by surprise from how good it was! i got the beyond tacos and my best friend got the al pastor tacos and we ate in complete silence and housed all the food down in under 10 minutes because it was so good. i didnt catch our waiter’s name but he was so lovely and helpful as well. by the way - get the frozen strawberry margarita with a sugar rim for all my sweet but strong drink lovers out there!! will definitely be adding this place to my frequently visited restaurant list. i hope this place decides to stay open late thursdays-saturdays and gets a latin DJ in there. that would be so fun and a perfect addition to the late night bar scene around here.
May 08 · Sarah LynneI've been here twice, first time I had a great experience and the food was good. We ordered tacos, nachos and burrito. Hence why I came back, but I regret ordering the smash and Mahi burger. The smash burger had no flavor buns were not properly toasted. On top of this the drinks were bad, we ordered two mojitos coconut and regular. Both were bitter it tasted like the lime peel had bee sitting in the drink. The waiter tried fixing the coconut monitor because it wasn't sweet at all. Overall I would be hesitant to go back again.
August 22 · Mariela MedinaReally like the idea of this place! Also great people... honest, energetic and respectful. I only wish the food was of better quality! When the nachos came out, the presentation was very appetizing and pleasing to look at, but it was when I bit into it that was lacking. The chips were very stale and not crunchy at all, no salt as well. The Al Pastor tacos were not authentic to Mexican Al Pastor tacos that I know of which consist of pineapple, red salsa, etc. I wish the Margaritas were much better made, it felt like they used premade bottled lime juice instead of fresh. But hey this place just opened up and wish them only the best, hoping they improve overtime!
