Delicious cheese sliders. This place has restrooms, plenty of seats, a self serve soda machine, recently renovated, and well lit. Parking on site for about 4 cars and drive through is available. Service is quick and accurate.

Florenctina whatever her name was truly horrible I was picking up bread for my children at cvs and Greek food for my partner the White Castle was for my kids too. I waited a really long time before I could get her attention to even place the order and when I came back I kid you not less than 10 minutes shes complaining about how long I took to come back for my food in front of the other customers. She didn’t try to diffuse the situation she escalated. A simple stop on the way home turned into a spectacle an my hour before I have to go in for a work and my own meal tarnished

Had the impossible cheese burger today. I visit this place when I'm in town. The burgers were delicious. The onion rings tasted fresh and not greasy and the fries were crispy and favorable. Not bad for fast food! Customer service is great. I want to give a shout out to the workers that worked on Wednesday 8/13/25 around 1 pm ish. A couple of customers with disabilities came in throughout my time there. The workers always took their time to explain the menu. They were friendly, patient, and kind, especially the young African American male and the woman that was at the cash register that afternoon. Thank you for being kind, especially in a rough city like NY.

It is what it is. It's a White Castle. We came late night and there was barely any line, but the drink through was pretty backed up. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time but unfortunately at the time of our visit, more than half the fountain drinks were sold out so we were just left with the standard drinks. We got regular sliders, chicken ring sliders and the fish sliders. The first two were fine, just the way you'd expect them to be; but it as the fish sliders that had the very distinct freezer fish taste, I wouldn't get this again. But the regular sliders were great and the chicken ring sliders just needed a little bit of that zesty sauce to make them perfect. Remember to get the sauce!
