★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The only problem I have is the last couple of months what I pay is always more than what everything adds up to. It's only a $1 to $1.50 each time, but it adds up. I thought maybe they raised their prices and they just haven't updated the menu that they always give you. We always do takeout, at least once a week. But I read another review on here that says it happens to him when he goes to the restaurant himself. We are loyal customers and always tip well. But if this is what they're going to do to their customers we will find some place else to order from. And not to start an argument, but I do not believe that the 20% of the bill tip applies to take out/delivery.. These are not waiters that actually served you. But I always tip $4-5 dollars on a $20-30 order.
December 10 · Joseph FeingoldThis business is actually ripping off (over charging) their customers and need to be reported. Pay attention to the prices on the menu. Even after you add tax to their menu prices they're still charging you more. When you ask for an explanation, then they'll give you the money back that they overcharged you. It happened to me twice. The second time I just requested a full refund and decided not to further patronize this business.Be careful!
September 23 · Tracy GolbourneThis place must have changed owners. The food used to be fresh and good, but now it’s terrible. Yesterday, I got an order that wasn’t fresh, and it ended with me vomiting. I will never buy anything there again, and I don’t recommend anyone experience how I’ve been feeling since. This is a lack of respect for the customer.
September 27 · Irmina SoThe food here is hit or miss quality varies wildly from visit to visit. You never know what to expect. Return to order take out on 3/16/2024 they sent me a wrong item. My wife called to correct the order the girl on the phone doubted the mistake and spoke nasty to my wife, then she demanded that we return the wrong food. I don’t need them in my neighborhood and certainly will never use them again. Good riddance.
March 16 · joseph spitaleriMy family and I have been coming here for years! Great spot. However, as of recently, some changes have been made, and not for the good. What happened to the wings? They are tiny! Shrimp in the dishes have dwindled. Lunch Soup size is smaller, and the crunchy noodles to add to the soup! I got 6!!!! Very disappointing. I hope Win Hou goes back to their previous service. My most recent order didn’t even give any fortune cookies. 😐
