September 09 · Johvaun MaysWhat a pleasant surprise to be greeted by fresh bread in Macy’s. The staff was very informative and friendly too. I did have a few questions to ask. The food looked fresh and tasty.
November 18 · LyndavegandoyleHad me a bagel with cream cheese and bacon and it did not disappoint.
June 17 · Blanca TorresIt’s really unexpected that how the cashier could give me a burn Bagel which was super hard also. Really disappointing
June 21 · RajasreeSo disappointed! Worst coffee in NY. We asked for one latte and one cappuccino. Both tasted exactly the same: the coffe was burnt and almost cold. When we said so to the manager, they added milk into the latte, what made that even more cold. In any other place in the city, they would have replaced them, which they didn't even though we insisted. Instead of wasting some Oz of coffe and milk, they lost daily customers. By the way, the bagel we ate, wasn't fresh at all
