I got the traditional bagel sandwich. It had a good balance of all the ingredients (not like some places that put a nauseating amount of cream cheese). This is not a place for boogie ambiance or NYC deli ambiance. It’s just bland. The main issue with service was that it wasn’t clear what to do. There’s a big sign for “pay here” and for “pick up here,” but it wasn’t clear where to order. The service wasn’t streamlined at all so everyone had to order and then tell their order again when they paid. They called out order contents for you to pick it up, but a lot of people had the same or similar order, so there was some confusion there too. Good bagel though!!

Great local bagel spot! The place is always busy but service is quick. The BEC is a solid option. Have been many times and always a good place for a bite.

The toasted bagel I received from Zucker’s was inedible. I’m lucky I didn’t shatter my front teeth on my first bite. It was actually rock solid and I would choose any other bagel shop or bodega in the city over what I just had. 0/5.

12/17/24 back for another everything bagel and 1/4 lb of whitefish. Still chunky and still great bagels. Upgraded to 5⭐7/24/23 back for another everything and 1/4 lb of whitefish. Still really good!10/4/21 first time: Cashier lady is not well trained and is holding up the line because she does not know how to enter some items....The guys making the food seem fine.I got a bagel and ¼# whitefish.Less expensive than the whitefish sandwich. But you have to make it yourself. So... If you can't make a sandwich you'll have to spend the extra $. LolWhitefish was good, chunky! A rare find, usually it's just all creamy.Great taste.Lots of goodies on the counter (see pics)I'll be back.

cute shop and nice staff. bagel is quite small but very nice and light texture. not over baked. i got the sesame with tofu cream cheese which is my baseline for comparison and it was good but not blow my mind good. Brooklyn bagel remains my top bagel spot in the city for price and quality and quantity.
