When you visit Fellini Coffee Chelsea, the choices are plentiful and enticing. While some customer experiences may have varied, particularly concerning drink temperature or service style, the consensus on the overall quality of the coffee itself is very positive. The Tiramisu Latte is a signature item that is a must-try for a unique and indulgent coffee experience. For something more classic, the Americano and Latte are consistently recommended for their good taste. The menu’s strength also lies in its food offerings. The Pistacchio Olive Oil Cake is a popular choice, though a few customers have noted a subjective "sour" taste, which could be attributed to the specific flavor profile rather than spoilage. The Egg Sandwich and various croissants are also excellent choices for a satisfying quick bite.

It's a place where you can get a classic Double Espresso, a health-conscious Green Juice, or even an evening Negroni all under one roof. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It’s a little bijou place on 8th between 23rd and 22nd. It’s filled with customers which isn’t hard to do because this little jewel has limited seating at tables with a small bar. The size makes the atmosphere friendly but if you are wanting to come here and reflect on your own this might not be the place for you.Sadly my latte was tepid at best. It didn’t even feel warm when you touched the cup. I asked if they had a microwave to give it a warm up. They said no but offered to remake the cup. I said no, that is wasteful and actually even lukewarm it had a pretty good taste which means the coffee itself had to be pretty darn good. They also offered me a croissant which U politely declined since I didn’t have the time. The place was packed with people deep in conversation. Sadly, remember I said this place was small, a man came in with a dog. I am A DOG LOVER but this dog had free rein on his leash. If you were allergic to dogs, this could have put you in a predicament. But what I reject to is not the cute dog but his owner. He placed the dog butt and all on the seat. Firstly, let me share that a dog owner who loves his pet must google the word zoonotic. Secondly, a bare butt human or non human does not belong in a seat. Again I LOVE DOGS!!! Look we just went through a catastrophic health ordeal several years ago and for all our sakes we all need to worry about hygiene! Repeat: I AM A DOG LOVER. I THINK this place has a lot to offer our neighborhood. But I will share they aren’t the only coffee place that has trouble with the temperature of lattes. I guess I should order extra hot next time. I am including suggestions from the internet. It’s obvious they want to make sure your order is correct. I couldn’t accept it gratis. I paid double. I want them to do well. In NYC anymore if you complain people flip it as it’s your fault but that was not the case here. They were more than gallant. Grazie mille!
April 08 · Brett MontclairThe WORST cafe shop I went to, my friend and I ordered a cappuccino and a pistachio olive oil cake. The cappuccino that they gave was disappointing they didn’t ask what milk I wanted and it came out nothing like the picture on Yelp just a big chunk of coco powder with no Latte art. You told me this was worth $10. So I asked them to redo it for me cause I had to post it on Instagram which I didn’t take a pic of, then we tried out the pistachio olive oil cake. Let me tell you guys it tastes so bad, it tastes like it’s expired. The pistachio green part tastes sour and there is an aftertaste of it. So I asked the waiter did they put sour cream in there (an ingredient) cuz I didn’t want to blame them. But he said he didn’t know and he took it and tried it out and said maybe. Then he asks DO YOU STILL WANT IT BACK? What do you mean still want it back? I was like ??? You just ate my cake and you ask me if I want it back? He didn’t give us another one just throw this cake away!? Leave me and my friend behind. First of all, you are the waiter here isn’t you should know what was inside? Second, you took my cake and ate it isn’t you should give us a new one. Plus on the menu, it said nothing bout sour cream in this pistachio olive oil cake. Third, you guys didn’t ask us what milk do you want but you asked every customer that’s after us.
April 16 · tae taeBest coffee in New York city! Friendly staff, love the outdoor patio and avocado toast!! Will be back soon
August 10 · Karen DanielaLove this coffee shop! Would say it’s comparable to Australian coffee. We stayed local and went multiple times. Had the tiramisu iced latte
August 26 · Lara SonegoIt was extremely crowded in a very small space, and the service was slow. The coffee was below average. we ordered a tiramisu latte, but it was just a regular latte with cocoa powder😕. The pistachio latte was also disappointing; it was just a regular latte with large chunks of pistachio, which was not what we expected🤷🏻♀️
