★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 110/10Nachos were loaded all the way, even had a layer of beans and sour cream at the bottom - no dry chips here. Wildly good. Margs on point, great price. Service was quick and they check up on you right when you need something. Music on point. Zero complaints. Go. Enjoy happy hour!
September 03 · Sweaty BettyCute place to grab dinner and drinks in the east village - especially if you go during their happy hour. The prices on the margaritas are good and they're decently strong. We got the strawberry and mango ones but the flavors didn't seem all that different. The pollo asado tacos are tasty but not particularly spicy. The only complaint was that the queso fundido lacked flavor and was brought out somewhat cold so it was difficult to eat (not worth the $12 in my opinion).Otherwise the restaurant was quite good with lots of available seating indoors as well as outdoors and good service!During happy hour 2 drinks, 4 tacos, and an appetizer came out to about $50. Altogether a good spot.
June 18 · Veronica TarascinaPerfect little Happy Hour spot in the East Village. We went at 5.30pm on Taco Tuesday with a reservation but you could have walked in without one . They have indoor and outdoor seating, we chose indoor. I think it was cooler inside and you could hear the music good. Started with a frozen strawberry margarita which I think was $6 . My friend had draft Modelo beer , I think the pint was the same price. We got the guacamole and chips which were really good. Flavorful guacamole and I definitely recommend this. For tacos we ordered from the Taco Tuesday menu which is $3.50 each. We had 3 each and it was pretty filling. The Mushroom Taco was very earthy . But my favorite was the Fish Taco , it came with a nice purple slaw and had a really tasty sauce on top. Also it was fried nice and crisp. Definitely good with a couple drinks . I also tried the Paloma drink for $7 and it was really refreshing with tequila and grapefruit soda I think, and a grapefruit salt rim. Really charming. Staff are professional and very nice . If you're in the East Village near 6th street you should stop in and check them out .
June 12 · shimmeringpathBest frozen margarita ever. The tacos were amazing too. Seasoning on pork and chicken was tasty. We were not supposed to go there in the 1st place, but i'm so glad we found the restaurant and i totally recommend.
August 18 · Audrey KapendaSmall, authentic cantina in the east village. The food was delicious- we had the shrimp tacos, chicken enchiladas and a vegetarian burrito. The sauces had great flavor, not too spicy but well spiced. The shrimp was perfectly cooked- not chewy. The portions were quite large- you won’t leave hungry. We also had the chips and salsa. The salsa was great but the chips were a tiny bit stale. Overall I definitely recommend it if you’re in the mood for good Mexican food.
