I asked 4 a SOFT Pretzel with EXTRA butter. I got neither I will never return, the entire point of auntie Annie's is SOFTNESS. And they couldn't even do that

Cinnamon was almost nonexistent on my cinnamon pretzels. Also a guy prepared my food his bare hands. Whether they were washed or not is up to a debate

Update March 2025: Haven't been here based on past experience. Had a rewards to redeem. I got a fresh pretzel and it would of been close to burnt if they kept it in any longer. However, the pretzel is smaller than it is at QCM and Skyview.Auntie Anne's is located on 147-40 Archer Ave, Queens, NY 11433 within the Cinnabon. Convenient location if you catching the train or bus from Sutphin. They probably opened in June of this year 2024 if not later. I been to the location a few times and each time except once as been an issue! Today the pretzel was overcooked some parts burnt and was not enjoyable. Other time it was too salty the nugget pretzels. Hopefully they get properly trained as the menu is not even big to be an issue each time. At the other location in Skyview Mall and QCM I never have a quality issue.

After patiently waiting in this convenient spots, The pretzels were very hard and stale. Beside that, the person that took the order from my son gave him everything Except the main thing we paid for and after driving away , we realized and had to go back for him to give us the rest of the order. We spent fifty dollars and it definitely was not worth it. Worst place and worse food. Definitely.Do not recommend going here unless you want your teeth to fall out once you bite into the pretzels.
