This time around, their bagels felt even fluffier and fresher than I remembered.Don't be shy about asking for cream cheese samples--they're super generous with the scoops!! Shout out to Stephanie who gave me incredible recommendations :)＊Fresh Lox #3 with Lemon Whipped CCI was recommended this uncommon combo, and it actually worked!? The lemon spread added a bright and citrusy contrast that balanced with the smoked salmon. If I tasted the lemon spread by itself, it was refreshing and zesty!＊ABC Omelette BagelOne of their bestsellers from the many lunch options on the menu. It was not only visually appealing but also delicious and filling!＊Blueberry Bagel w. Mixed Berries CCEven though I usually go for savory, their sweet cream cheese completely won me over. I also tried their special blueberry crumb spread and it was so fruity.＊Pumpernickel Bagel w. Lox SpreadTheir lox spread is packed with salmon chunks. Such a good value if you're craving lox without wanting to splurge on a lox bagel.＊Sesame Bagel w. Tofu Scallion SpreadThey offer non-dairy tofu spreads like tofu lox, tofu scallion, and tofu veggie. It is lighter than regular cream cheese. Their sesame bagel is also fluffier. I just wish they had a sweet tofu option too!＊Coco Loco Juice, Fresh Orange JuiceAs a bagel shop, their drink menu is surprisingly extensive. All the juices are freshly squeezed with real fruit, and my favorite was the Coco Loco, which was a mix of coconut water, strawberry, and pineapple.＊Iced Blueberry Matcha, Iced Banana LatteI tried their most popular drinks, and I was pleasantly surprised that both lattes weren't overly sweet!

I’m not sure if the staff at Bagel Pub are simply rude or outright ableist. Either way, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I came in with a broken limb, using a knee scooter, and was met with hostility and a complete unwillingness to accommodate my limited mobility. I had called ahead and confirmed that I could pay for my additional items when I arrived. At no point was I told that I’d be expected to navigate a narrow, non-ADA-compliant line that I physically couldn’t fit through. I wasn’t asking for special treatment—I was asking for basic human decency and accessibility.After waiting an extra 10 minutes for a simple bagel and cream cheese I had paid for separately, the employee refused to hand me the bag and instead dropped it on the counter. I had to struggle backward through a crowded store with my scooter just to reach it. Another customer had to step in to help me, which should never have been necessary. When I finally returned to my office, the food was unacceptable. The omelette had no seasoning, the cheese I paid extra for wasn’t even melted, the bagel was cold and hard, and they gave me the wrong cream cheese—even after I paid separately and waited for it.This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience at Bagel Pub, but this one was especially upsetting because it exposed a serious lack of empathy and accessibility. We’re in a recession. People are paying a premium for food, and the bare minimum should be accurate orders and respectful, quality service. Bagel Pub continues to fail at both.Please do better.

It’s not truly a visit to New York unless we stop at Bagel Pub for breakfast. We checked out this location this time around because it was close to our hotel and of course, it did not disappoint. Staff was amazing, courteous & fast, the coffee was amazing and the bagels were next level. I never heard of an Egg Everything bagel before, but I ordered it with my Nova Lox & it was BOMB! I would eat here everyday if I lived in NY.

Can see why this place is a growing local chain as it’s both tasty and affordable. Bagel was perfectly toasted and the schmear was thiccc! Coffee was better than average for drip and their drink station deserves props for being well stocked with a variety of creamers. Seating is limited but space inside and out with outlets if you need a charge. Will go back 👍
