This location is NOT it. Extremely rude staff that acts overly bothered if you want to order something - will literally be playing on their phone while you order (bizarre??). Smoothies itself was ok. I went in on 5/6 to redeem the Cooper Street cookie promo for blueberry lemon to which the staff member was rude, denied the promo, told me I needed to read the email better (attaching it for reference). These are $2 cookies and I just spent $20 on a smoothie, are you serious??? While I love JP, their service standards have dropped significantly and it will prevent me from returning ever again. JG/Pressed are better anyways.

Good selection of vegan items but note, they don’t make fresh juices here and, use single use plastic containers for their pre-pressed refrigerated juices (at the very least, please swap to glass bottles).

I have been getting smoothies after every workout I've done at Equinox in NYC. All the staff is friendly and welcoming as they are the first and last people we see at the gym.Everything's always spotless and I know I'm getting the best micro nutrients!As someone dedicated to fitness, I appreciate that JP’s smoothies provide a powerful boost. Whether it’s pre-workout or post-sweat session, these concoctions deliver the right balance of nutrients. The green smoothies, in particular, are my secret weapon when I’m feeling under the weather as well as the juice shots. 🌿
