Despite knowing we were not going to have a fresh slice, we ventured to mix it up with the trifecta(fresh mozz, pesto, vodka and tomato sauces) and a few grandma slices- ratatouille and plain.The grandma slices were solid- great crust, cheese overlapping the edges for some nice tasty burnt cheese corners (my fav on any pie)!The trifecta slices were absolutely fantastic! Zero flop, and the slices held the weight of additional sauces. The crust was thin and crisp with a dense chew. These guys know how to make you forget you got a slice of indeterminable age. Flavor profile was keeping the tastebuds jumping!Fun fact: My wife and I both started on the trifecta slices and a few bites in just KNEW this was the superior slice- so we stopped to eat the grandma slices JUST to finish with the trifecta.
