## What is Worth Choosing: The Must-Try Dishes
Choosing from the menu at Bites of Xi'an BK means prioritizing the dishes that define Shaanxi cuisine—namely, the bread and the noodles. For New Yorkers craving an authentic, savory street food experience, there are three essential items worth choosing:
1. The Rougamo (Chinese Burger): Specifically, the Crispy Pork Rougamo (肉夹馍) is highly recommended. While customer experiences regarding the meat's lean-to-fat ratio can vary, the core taste and concept—tender, braised meat inside a flaky, crispy-on-the-outside bun—make this a unique and historically significant must-try. Choosing the Crispy Beef Rougamo (牛肉夹馍) is an equally excellent option.
2. Stewed Beef Noodle Soup (牛肉面): This is a robust, warming, and comforting bowl that showcases the restaurant's commitment to using quality, chewable noodles. Many customers have highlighted this dish as "absolutely outstanding" and a reason to give the restaurant high praise.
3. Cold Skin Noodle (凉皮): As a signature Xi'an specialty, the Liang Pi is an essential order, particularly for a refreshing bite. Its unique texture and chili-forward, vinegary dressing make it a perfect counterpoint to the heavier noodle soups and Rougamo.
In summary, Bites of Xi'an BK offers New Yorkers a convenient and authentic escape to the flavors of Western China. By focusing on traditional techniques like hand-pulling noodles and creating house-made sauces, this Brooklyn restaurant provides an excellent opportunity to sample genuine Xi'an street food at reasonable prices, making it a valuable addition to the borough's diverse culinary landscape.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Service was fast and good but the food wasn’t really good. I ordered the pork sandwich thing and it was about 95% fat and 5% lean meat. Flavor was good but the fat texture and consistency made it disgusting to eat. Really sad because the parts with lean meat was really good.
September 23 · Stephen ChenThe food served wasn't anything like the picture on the menu. The noodles with stir fried tomato and eggs didn't use the same type of noodles as the picture on the menu, instead, it was boiled udon-like noodles and it wasn't even strained. In the picture it had lots of eggs and bean sprouts but it actually had a very little amount of eggs and no bean sprouts. It was an overall tasteless dish. (The picture is to show the type of noodles used)
March 18 · iwtsutnsI got the Diao Diao noodles and was happy with the taste. The portion was generous and very reasonably priced. I'm not sure if it's customizable, but if it is, I'd prefer to exclude tomatoes next time.
February 23 · Farnoosh NamdarpourWe loved the food; everything was fast, tasty, and decently priced.
February 14 · Luis JulienBroth is pretty yummy and the beef is so soft and tender it practically melts in your mouth. But the noodles are basic udon noodles and the serving of beef is very small, I only got four tiny pieces that did not satiate me.
