This location, in linden, opened today 10/1/25 so I’m not sure why there are reviews for this exact place 1-3 weeks in the past. This place was promised to open in July. Anyway the pizza tasted great. A little awkward reading the signage compared to other locations since it’s not diagonal facing. It was also hard to tell the difference between the different crusts unlike in other places. With the exception of the manger everyone seems to be new to the business. There’s 1 person per section, to take your name, sauce, meat, veggie etc. which was excessive. I like in other locations 1 person takes you through from sauce to toppings. Here everyone was confused and cramped just doing 1 task at a time. When they put toppings on make sure to tell them to spread out the toppings or it’ll be a blob of it in one spot. At checkout no one knew how to process the rewards card or type in the number for a look up. Why doesn’t the card have a QR code like before? It was way easier. The overall process was soo long it was annoying but I understand it’s a new location with new people. I’ll give it time and a couple more tries since I enjoy the company before I go back to Clark. Everyone was friendly!
