Bogati Introduce
In the vibrant neighborhood of Corona, Queens, a unique dessert destination awaits those with a penchant for something beyond the ordinary. Bogati is not your average ice cream shop; it’s a place that blends traditional favorites with innovative combinations, creating a memorable experience for anyone with a sweet tooth. Known for offering "great dessert," this spot has built a reputation for its creative menu that goes far beyond a simple scoop. While the name suggests a focus on ice cream, Bogati's menu is surprisingly extensive, featuring a variety of treats that cater to different tastes and cravings. The atmosphere is described as both casual and trendy, making it an ideal spot for a quick stop with friends, a family outing with the kids, or a delightful solo treat. It's a place that feels both familiar and exciting, promising a dessert adventure right in the heart of Queens.
What truly sets Bogati apart is its willingness to experiment with flavors and textures. One of the most talked-about combinations is their fresh fruit ice cream served with cheese, a unique and intriguing pairing that has won over adventurous palates. This fusion of flavors showcases a creative approach to classic desserts and reflects a growing trend of food businesses drawing inspiration from global culinary traditions. The menu also features a wide selection of waffles and crepes, which can be enjoyed with or without ice cream, providing a range of options for different preferences. This diversity ensures that there's always something new to try, keeping customers coming back for more. The inclusion of beverages like coffee and milkshakes also means it's a perfect spot for an afternoon pick-me-up or a post-dinner indulgence. It’s this blend of the familiar with the unexpected that makes Bogati a standout in the local dessert scene.
While a customer review highlighted a negative experience with an order and customer service, it's worth noting that every business, regardless of its quality, may have isolated incidents. The majority of the feedback, particularly around the food itself, points to the unique and high-quality offerings. The positive review mentions the freshness of the fruit and the deliciousness of the ice cream, specifically praising the "light and milky" cheese that complements the flavors. This positive feedback on the product itself is a strong indicator of what makes Bogati a worthwhile destination. The early morning visit mentioned in another review also suggests that coming at off-peak times might be a good strategy to avoid crowds, a useful tip for New Yorkers navigating the city. Ultimately, Bogati is a place that invites you to be open-minded and try something new, promising a dessert experience that you won't find just anywhere.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Terrible experience at Bogati Ice Cream! They messed up my order - I asked for Rum Raisin and Caramel, but got Rum Raisin and Bubblegum instead. When I returned to the location to correct the mistake, the staff was unapologetic and dishonest. Claimed they told me they were out of Caramel, which I don't recall at all. Despite my clear explanation, they refused to fix the order or offer a refund. Poor customer service and communication. The staff's defensive attitude and lack of care for customer satisfaction were appalling. Not recommended. Avoid this place if you value good service and accurate orders!
June 02 · Daniel ArangoFresh fruit ice cream with cheese! What an interesting combination - ice cream was delicious and fruit was super fresh. The cheese is light and milky, and complements the flavors well.We got super lucky and didn’t have a long wait since we came earlier in the morning. Will be back again!
June 13 · Anne ChenWhen a place from your home country opens a branch in New York City, you indeed anticipate more than just the product—you want an experience that evokes feelings of home. Unfortunately, it seems that Bogati Ice Cream hasn’t quite captured that sentiment. While their ice cream flavors, like the combination of cream and grated cheese, are intriguing, the overall experience falls short. The service, marked by long lines and disorganized staff, leaves much to be desired. Perhaps implementing a system with an outside host to manage dine-in and take-out customers could improve the situation. 🇪🇨🍦🗽
July 05 · GabySmall place over crowded. I get that it’s grand opening weekend however there needs to be some sense of organization. There is only 1 person scooping ice cream orders. It’s a mess in the freezer where the tubs are flavors are being jumped into other bins. The lady is using her hand to mold the ice cream from the scoop. Where the gentlemen is making the extravagant cups there’s cheese creams and fruits everywhere. The whip cream looks home made but it’s on spilled on top of everything. They have crepe batter on the floor cheese on the floor it’s just a mess. You order and then have to go outside to wait 20 min for simple scoops. tried the orginal flavors Maracuya and Mora. Mora taste like Ecuadorian ice cream I was just there in December however the Maracuya taste artificial. Customers lined up on top of each other blocking the sidewalks. A worker comes out to yell your name to give you your order
