To my surprise they were running promo for 99c for small cone. I saw my bill for $3 and thought it was mistake for 3 cones but guy at the front told me about promotion my kids loved the ice cream. Amazing and friendly staff.when will u have that promo again?

A good place I use to come here for the last 3 years and it was one of the best carvel places for me. today I got the worst experience ever. They don’t respect u. Money first . They keep taking the orders while you wait for almost 30 mn to get ur order. And when u complain they don’t care. disrespecting what u did today. Be nice with people. u ll get chance for a good business

I’m a regular customer. I went inside to get an ice cream cone, and a little kid grabbed it and smashed it while the mother did nothing. They just looked at me as the kid kept doing it. I was still charged, and they didn’t make me a new one or offer it for free. I won’t be going back.

Love this location!! It opened about a year ago new into my neighborhood and it’s changed my life!! The cinnabon is always fresh and the ice cream is always super sweet and tasty!! The atmosphere is also very welcoming and warm as well as an awesome staff who always do their best to help you out when you need it! They also make custom cakes and print photos onto them and they always look great!! I recently purchased a cake for my both my brother and sister’s birthdays and they did an amazing job!! I definitely recommend this location if you happen to be in the area or are just craving something sweet to eat!!
