Clean place but their prices don’t match the portions they give you I went in today to support a black owned business I ordered a small ice cream cone with sprinkles, 1.the ice cream cone looked like it was for a 3 year old and the young lady was acting like she didn’t want to give me sprinkles I had to ask for more!!!!! I go to the carvels on Ave N in Flatbush all the time and I get the same cone and it looks nothing like what I received!! I’m glad I supported them,but I doubt I’ll will be back! Please fix the portions you give people!!! I will post two photos the one I got today from Tompkins( the smaller cone) and the one I get from Ave N(the bigger cone)

The customer service has been great. Always attentive and greeting with a hello and/or smile. Big fan of the triple chocolate brownie. The space is clean every time I have visited and look forward to continuing to support. They suffered a setback from the fire next door so I plan to stop in more frequently.

I ordered the strawberry crunch and asked for the $6.99 cup. The owner's daughter tried to give me the large cup. I asked how much that would be, and she said $9.00. I told her no, I would take the $6.99 cup. So, the owner's daughter put it in a cup but still rang it up as $9.00. The owner's daughter said, 'See, you should have taken the large.' The owner then got involved and asked me what I thought I should pay. I told her $7.95. She responded by saying, 'You have two different tops; that's all.' I told her yes, and that this was the second and last time I would argue about pricing. She charged me $8.80, and then had the nerve to say she was going to raise her prices. I told her, 'Good luck.' I'm all for supporting my people, but when you try to play the system, you lose a customer forever. I'll go somewhere else for ice cream. The cup I got wasn't even worth the $8.80 I spent.

My wife and I stopped by for ice cream after dinner, ordering the Butter Pecan and Pumpkin Cheesecake flavors. While the taste was fine, the texture was disappointing, as both scoops had frozen ice crystals on them.The service was where things really fell short. We initially asked for our ice cream in cones, but the server misunderstood and gave us cups instead. When we politely requested to have them changed to cones, the server was willing to help. However, the manager intervened, scolding the employee and refusing the change in front of us, which made the entire situation uncomfortable and unpleasant.Overall, the experience was far from enjoyable, and we left feeling dissatisfied.
