Hash browns were not crispy and quite stale.Sandwich was not customized how asked.Order taker did his job and was not at fault.The people making the food need some quality assurance training.

Stopped when I had an appointment in the area. They made my coffee perfect and my orders not the easiest. I was able to grab a coffee and gift card on my way home! Thank you for being so kind and friendly in the morning and taking the time to make my coffee perfectly

Rude and rushed service inside. Careless with the donuts 🍩 plopped the donut icing side down in the bag and couldn’t care less. If we wanted a plain donut we’d have bought that. Also attitude and rude with service. No greeting, no smile, felt like we were being rushed out by someone who didn’t want to work. Really sad the service experience here was so poor. Also the donuts were stale. Big bummer for such poor service from the franchise.

Discrimination & Unprofessionalism at Totowa Dunkin’On August 1st, 2025, around 6:30 a.m., I visited the Minnisink Rd Dunkin’ in Totowa with my friend. We were told we couldn’t be served because of a “system outage.” Yet, within minutes, we watched other white customers walk in and get served without issue.When we went back to ask why, the staff suddenly said they were “accepting cash”—something never offered to us. My friend is white female and I’m Indian. The fact that we were the only ones turned away made us feel discriminated against, embarrassed, and unwelcome in front of everyone else.To make matters worse, when I tried to report the incident, the store gave me an unprofessional Yahoo address instead of proper corporate contact. I later spoke with a Dunkin’ corporate rep named Ryan, who promised the owner would call me back. No one ever did.This wasn’t just a bad customer service experience—it felt like discrimination, plain and simple. It is deeply disappointing to see this behavior at a brand as large as Dunkin’. The Totowa location needs accountability, proper training, and a serious change in how they treat people and the lack of follow-up only made it worse. Dunkin’ needs to do better at Totowa.
