Very tasty authentic Ecuadorian food. Had all the traditional menu options to choose from, we went with the carne and fried fish option since it was a special for the day. Tried both the rice and beans and yuca sides which were equally good. They served everything fairly quick and all of it was a good portion to share amongst 2 people. Theres some seating right out front of the truck so ate there which was nice.Good prices $12-15 a plate since we picked more of the pricer proteins. They also take all forms of payment and deliver so thats a bonus if you’re not in the area. Will definitely come back to try more menu items! - Mubin
