★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Drink machine has been down with no sign for awhile and no one notifies you till after you buy a drink… they have the lemonade stuff but not everyone can handle that cause sugar or preference. It’s okay here.
September 12 · Allison KinkeadThis place is run by clowns. I went in around 8:30 (they close at 11). Didn’t have any chips, no verde salsa, no steak. Employees were abrasive. Last time going here. Go to one on 110th and support real business people.
September 11 · Jack FitzgeraldVisited on 06/05 at 1:45 PM.The girl working the counter (with curled hair and a tattoo on her right arm) had a noticeably unpleasant attitude. She barely acknowledged customers, and when I ordered a drink, she handed me a cup with her hand inside it—while texting on her phone. I reached for a new cup, frankly, I didn’t want to interfere with her social life. And she hadn’t uttered a word to me since I stood in front of her.She replied, “You could’ve just asked,” to which I responded, “You could’ve just not put your whole hand inside the cup.” She then started mouthing off to the other staff and giving more attitude. When I went to use the soda fountain, it wasn’t working. I returned to ask about it, and she snapped, “I know it’s broken,” followed by, “I didn’t charge you,” with more unnecessary sass. I ordered a glass soda instead, and when I asked for a bottle opener, she walked away without a word. I said “excuse me,” and she snapped back, “I’m getting you one!”Honestly, this kind of customer interaction is unacceptable. She should not be working front-of-house. Her attitude ruins the experience. There’s a reason this location is empty during what should be a lunch time rush….i don’t know who’s suppose to be managing here but someone is blind behind the wheel. It doesn’t look like I’m alone in my experience here either guaging by other review.I’m a restaurant owner…the first thing I look at when I’m hiring staff is the reviews of their old work places….i hope this saves her next employer from a bad hire.
June 05 · jackie mWell, it’s newer than the other one on Amsterdam and it’s not McDonald’s. That’s the positive points.I’ve never understood the Chipotle hype. I eat this about once every quarter out of sheer hope- that it’s better than the last time. Does that make me insane?Service is better than the one on Amsterdam, but that’s not saying much. They’re not as indifferent here. However, depending on the day, it’s either bad or very bad. They simply don’t care and have bad attitudes, aka the double deuce of bad customer service. I wouldn’t be shocked if they’re violating health codes back there. If these things bother you, consider this your warning. The bowls always seem like a good idea, based on pics. But, I always have regret afterwards. Visually, it never looks good & it’s always under seasoned for my taste. Hot sauce can fix this but the real problem is the servers who fix the plate.Price? It’s about $5 more than it should be. In other words, this should be under $9, especially when you have to deal with the attitude behind the counter.I could say never again, but who am I kidding… I’m sure I’ll fall off the wagon again a year from now, on a random Monday… for reasons unknown
July 08 · Yür MůmzŶWent in to buy 6 tortillas so I can make my own burritos at home. I watched the server fold them twice, breaking them. Then when I got home I found she only gave me 5 tortillas and I was charged for 6. Not a lot of care for their customers
