Like many small businesses, it has a distinct character, with some aspects that resonate strongly with customers and others that may not meet everyone's expectations. Its core mission appears to be to serve as a convenient and quick stop for a meal or a caffeine fix, rather than a traditional sit-down establishment with full table service.
The menu at Claire's Kitchen Cafe is quite extensive, offering a wide array of choices for a quick meal. The offerings go beyond typical cafe fare, including a selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and even some specialty dishes. A key part of the menu are the various sandwiches and wraps, such as the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and the Pastrami Sandwich, which are often popular choices. They also offer a number of healthy bowls, including a Healthy Chicken Quinoa Bowl and a Healthy Vegan Quinoa Bowl, catering to health-conscious diners. Additionally, the cafe serves breakfast staples like avocado toast, egg sandwiches, and granola bowls, making it a viable option for a morning meal.

Claire's Kitchen Cafe Reviews
What a total letdown! I stopped by this cafe expecting a relaxing experience, but boy was I wrong. First off, they had no table service whatsoever. I had to get up and order at the counter like I was at a fast food joint. Not exactly what I had in mind when I thought "cafe".And don't even get me started on the coffee. It was like they just phoned it in. Weak, bland, and completely lacking in flavor. Added way to much vanilla to my drink which made it unpleasant to drink. But the real kicker was the pancakes. They were dense, dry, and tasted like cardboard. I couldn't even finish mine.Overall, I'd say avoid this place at all costs. There are way better cafes out there that actually care about their customers and serve decent food and drinks. Unless they seriously step up their game, I'd never recommend this place to anyone.
July 10 · Jenny Lynx* Seating: The couch seating wasn’t very comfortable and could be improved.* Coffee and food: The coffee was alright—similar to what you'd find at many cafés. With regard to the pancake, it is a clearly obvious from the pictures we could not even finish the pancake. It is extremely bad.* Staff Manners: The staff were polite and professional, which I appreciated.* Overall Experience: Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience here. To add, many of the photos and videos on their website seem outdated and don’t reflect the current state of the café.* Bathroom: The restroom was in poor condition and needs attention.Final Thoughts: Despite decent coffee and polite staff, the overall atmosphere and misleading online presence and extremely bad pancake left me very dissatisfied.
August 03 · khalid ALqahtaniSoooooo good! Farm to table, for sure. Every thing on our breakfast plates was so healthy & tasty. The little café is in a great spot if you're staying around Central Park North. Give this place a go! We loved it.
March 30 · Cher Couvillion WilsonClaire’s Kitchen is an awesome option for lunch. The sandwiches were simply delicious! Sandwiches that include fresh and tasty ingredients, pastries that are scrumptious accompanied by a quaint and pleasant ambiance. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to revisit Claire’s Kitchen to destroy a guava stuffed croissant again.
August 06 · Stick GluThe atmosphere is awful. There were flies everywhere— dead, dying, and alive. Several dying flies kept flying/crawling around while we waited for food. My toddler had to use the bathroom and there were dead flies all over the toilet tank and floor, no toilet paper, and there was dish soap for hand soap in a disposable bottle. The silence is also odd. Maybe playing soft music would have given the place warmth. The service was just okay but I had to keep requesting things like utensils, extra plates, water etc and an item was missing from my order. The food was actually pretty good and looked great, but we couldn’t enjoy it while concerned about cleanliness. We ended up leaving and tossing the food at home. I’m surprised there are so many stars in the other reviews. I was really disappointed for my first experience here.
