★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Let me start off, I’m never the type to cause any complications or be problematic. I don’t even normally write negative reviews! I’ve been buying food at this restaurant off & on for well over 10 years. The customer service have usually been decent. Having a language barrier with some of the ladies have never been an issue. I only speak English. I simply ordered stew chicken, white rice & a small sea food soup and was charged FORTY FIVE DOLLARS. For what ever reason, she stacked white rice in a large container & did the same with the chicken. I respectfully declined to pay & I asked several times if I could have my rice & chicken combined in the large foil container. I literally ordered this exact meal 2 months ago. I repeatedly explained & they continued to pretend that they had no clue what I requesting. Their attitudes were so nasty might I add. She placed the chicken in a smaller container & brought the total to $35. I’m no idiot & do believe the particular woman was trying to up sale me. NEVER AGAIN.
August 10 · M HVery flavorful tasty reminds me of my aunts cooking 😋 I live 4hours away but I’ll be back 🥰
August 09 · Yolanda JimenezHow do you leave negative 1 stars? 😅. I went to this Dominican restaurant because they have a great selection of food that is ready but: if you have ever tasted great dominican food, this is not it. The seasoning is not good, the food is ready but the staff took a while to bring it to the table, and what I disliked the most is that they MICROWAVE the food!! Like why?! The food is already warm. For someone like me who doesn't even microwave in my own house, they should at least give you a warning. I dont think I'll be returning.
July 16 · J STerrible service will not recommend. They will prioritize other people and orders especially if you are black. Don’t go. Plus there are flies everywhere.
September 13 · Q WFood was very tasteful, it’s giving authentic dominican food. Staff were very nice and friendly, the atmosphere almost feels like you’re back in the Caribbean! I would definitely come back!
