I especially loved the strawberry lemonade — super refreshing and hit the spot.The only downside was that the place is really small, and they didn’t open exactly on time. If your hours say open at 2:00pm, and people are already outside waiting, the doors shouldn’t be opening at 2:02. It’s a small thing, but details matter.That said, I’d still come back.

July 17 · Lavona LondonThe service here was great. The menu has a lot of variety. I ordered a crepe and it was so delicious, looked aesthetically pleasing, and was a generous portion. Paid about $18 for this one with ice cream on the side. So far, all the milkshakes I’ve had have been so good! Ferrero Rocher milkshake is not pictured but it’s so good too. M&m was good but not my fave, I was hoping for smaller m&ms or more crushed.
April 02 · Lisset AI went there today with my son for the first time. He had a oreo waffle stick and I had the strawberry cheesecake mini pancakes. My son loved his waffle stick and I loved my mini pancakes. It was so good not super sweet. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was very calm. It was very clean. My experience overall was great if I could I'll go every week but I can't lol. Definitely recommended coming here.

It’s clearly visible. But let’s be honest, am I supposed to stand there and watch every step of the process? I mentioned what I experienced, and instead of addressing it genuinely, you’ve come here to “clarify” things for the sake of appearances and future customers？I’m more scared of cockroaches than you are thanks. Are you seriously suggesting I left a bad review on purpose?I live here(Dyckman area), and based on how I was treated, I won’t be recommending this place to my friends at all.Also, your reply using a bunch of ChatGPT style language doesn’t come across as a sincere apology! I have heard that businesses buying or boosting reviews, but I didn’t expect to experience it. You guys just open for such a short time, somehow have more glowing reviews than places that have been here for over a decade? That’s hard to believe.
