April 14 · Michelle GreenwoodI love going here, especially during the fall & winter when Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas all start coming in! They have a pretty nice variety of chocolates, and even if you're not in the mood for chocolate, there are some sweets there that don't have any! Though, I will say, their chocolate is ALWAYS fantastic.I never really went here before the new owners came in, but I really love it. The employees are very nice, and I believe they do some small events? I vaguely remember that a Santa Clause visited last Christmas (as of Sept. 2025). My favorite non-chocolate sweet here has to be the strawberry laces, which may not appeal to everyone, but I enjoy them a lot with my little cousins! As for them, I believe the last time they visited, they had Critchley's Dubai Chocolate—it was still trending everywhere—and they loved it. Also, my favorite chocolate sweet here are the nonpareils, with the (seasonally decorated) chocolate-covered oreo being a close second. As for parking, it's a little hard getting into. You'd either park on a nearby street, and while they do have their own designated parking lot, though shared with a downstairs dojo, you have to go up a specific street to reach it.Go up River Edge Rd. and there should be a beige brick wall at the top of the hill, to which you'd make a right turn. You'll have to wait at the stoplight in front of the store, though, before you make that right turn into the parking lot itself.Overall, great candy store! Would absolutely recommend! Prices tend to range from $5-$30 depending on what you get, but personally I spend about $10-$25.
September 08 · Aesthetical ChairsAdorable chocolate shop in a cute old church! New owners and staff are very hospitable. They completed a corporate order for me and everyone loved the chocolates!

Always a great experience purchasing our Easter chocolate & Valentine's Day chocolate covered strawberries (make sure to reserve the strawberries)They will be open on Easter Sunday ...
April 06 · Debra Schnellbacher (Debi)I grew up in River Edge and we moved in in 1971, I remember going in this old church and smelling the chocolate. If you go to the towns library the book , History of River Edge, has a picture of the building when it was still a church
