I ordered a hot tea and the guy had to remake a drink 4 times because he can't read the sticker and keeps pouring coffee or puts the wrong milk. It's very upsetting when then have people that can't speak to you or read a simple sticker and get your order wrong so many times. The store loses money because I saw him throw away 3 cups of coffee/tea because they messed up. God forbid someone is allergic to something they would kill someone.

Got food poisoning from here . Now that I think look back to when I came in the workers don't really think much about cleanliness. When it came to handling the food . Or maybe the cream cheese was off . would not recommend

Every time that I go at night, the clerk always ask for cash and that the card machine is down. Management should look into it

I usually come here often but the service today was abysmal.I came in at 9:49am, ordered 4 bagel bites (2 orders of it for 4 total bites)I wait until 10:10 a.m. until they finally asked me what I'm here for twice and they said that I already picked it up. I didn't because if I picked it up I would not be here waiting in the store.I assume that they probably put it in someone else's bag but I will definitely not be coming back here again.
