I placed an order through DoorDash I ordered two strawberry donuts, one large blue, raspberry colada, and one bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. I only received a bag of donuts. They even threw an extras, but I wanted The rest of the meal I paid for. To make things worse, these donuts are stale.

Worst Manager ever! Unwilling to modify the bread of a meal for a wrap bread (although productions costs of this modifications are much lower for the meal) and sarcastically and empowered tells you have a good day afterwards, while he loses his client. Well, I hope he has a good day today as well after this review: 7:58am on a Saturday and the restaurant still closed while he chills on a bench with his staff!! Around 30-40 clients lost in the meantime... Doesn't a manager has to carry the venue key at all times?? Venue opened till 8am when someone else came with the key.

I never ever ever learn to never order hot food from this location. They’ll take 25 minutes to heat up a pre-made item with no sense of urgency and still somehow give you the wrong thing, and by then you don’t have time to argue. I have never had a fast or correct food order.Drinks and donuts service has always been perfectly fine, though.

Wanted some caffeine late at night, so grateful this DD is open 24 hours. Pablo was great and really cared about our order. The drinks were on point and he was very friendly. Definitely would come back again!

Pablo is always on point. Super friendly, quick with orders, and makes the whole Dunkin’ experience better. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job. Definitely one of the best parts of my night.
