The iced coffee at this Dunkin Donuts location is trash! First they fill your cup up with ice only to add hot coffee it gets diluted then they fill it up with milk. By the time you take a sip you're drinking water flavored coffee. I think the employees just aren't trained properly on how to make an iced coffee. I've been here over a dozen times in the past 3 months.

Rude ass cashier at dunkin never going here again. First she gets my order wrong and then she refuses to make my correct drink.

Horrible experience, I been here twice before today and they keep getting my order wrong but it’s fine yk, but today I gave the woman $20 and forgot to get the change and left, I came back 20 seconds later saying I forgot my change for the 20, and this brainless woman said I only gave her $5, like I literally gave u 20, I saw me giving a 20 to you so wth u on abt, badically robbed me of my 16 bucks, never coming back to this place again!!

Disappointing Experience at Dunkin donut!I recently visited Dunkin donut at 418 Coney Island Ave., Brooklyn, NY and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I purchased $27 worth of food the service was not up to par. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't greet customers. The store itself was also a bit messy, with items strewn about and unclean !I believe that Dunkin donut, could improve by ensuring that food is fresh and by providing better customer service training to their staff. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting 418 coney Island Ave., Dunkin donut by BP gas station.
