They are like 2 blocks away from me, so I usually order from them often. I ordered delivery from these guys, because I’m a new mom, and I couldn’t make it out in the weather today. They took an hour to come, I called twice to see what was going on, and both times they said the driver just left. When the order finally came did, it was horrible. My can of brisk was broken in the bag, so everything was wet. The driver spilled most of the sauce from my order in the bag as well . I called the store to let them know, and the lady who answered was very rude and said they were busy. I explained my situation, and my frustration. She asked what I wanted & I said a refund, which we had to argue over, until she said I’ll get it after they come back and get the food. I don’t understand why this was such a horrible experience when I spend my hard earned money on you guys often. The food isn’t even that good to begin with, it’s just close, so the audacity to have bad food and bad service is beyond me. Never ordering from you guys again. - Shanice Diarrah
