Unfortunately, I have to keep coming to this Dunkin’ because it’s the only one close to my house and my mom really enjoys the strawberry ice cream. Recently, I noticed that a Dominican employee I hadn’t seen in a while seems to be back working here. Sadly, her attitude is always terrible. She constantly looks angry, acts bitter, and provides very poor customer service. It honestly feels like she hates her job. I know I sound harsh, but the way she treats customers is unacceptable.

Purchased three refreshers requested less ice, site charges an order of munchkins $2.25 to compensate for the more drink because of less ice and processes to give you a full cup of ice. Robbery at its finest

Came to pick up 2 Uber orders because online it says they open at 5.i show up 3mins to 6. Not open. Fine. Come back at quarter after, they're just stocking the displays, nothing is ready. Instead of being on your phone when you know you open at 6, why aren't you stocking display?

The staff here is great. They offer fast service. Recently remodeled. Could be a little more clean. The biggest issue, is one that all of NYC has. They have beggars holding the door for you, expecting a tip to hold the damn door. Corporations need to put a stop to this. I rarely shop this location because they always have beggars at their door.
