I cannot believe that these people refused to give me my order. The man was saying he didn’t see me confirm the order when I did through the phone it literally said order complete and now I can’t even get a refund. This store is so terrible in service and food and the way he spoke to me was outrageous. I literally showed him where it said order complete and he still wouldn’t give it to me. Terrible policy I want my money back immediately!

I watched the guy throwing out trash, reach into the garbage and pull a croissant out and put aside. He then began to make my food without changing his gloves. I had to call him out on it and he looked so confused about what to do. When he took his gloves off another employee told him to wash his hands. This is disgusting and needless to say I won’t be returning to this Dunkin.

Well as a paying customer I ask for a cup of ice it’s 1.49 I come back at the same location and the person is passing out free donuts to her friends.

Worst dunkin ever. Refused to listen to my order. Charged me for 2 drinks when i asked for one. I came in three different times and each time i was given an unnecessary attitude The man is very rude and always has an attitude.

Popped into the Dunkin after a very long and tiring all-nighter for a get my day kick-started boost of caffeine and the 2 ladies on staff were amazing dynamic duo! Attentive but not pushy; heard my order exactly as I said it; friendly and super patient!! (**While attempting to use the DD app, my cheapo Android first took forever to even open it only then to realize I wasn't logged in yet 😞 and rarely do I get my password right on the 1st attempt 😰 -- still the woman remained chill and with a smile 😁.... –i gave up however on using the app at that moment, paid and was so surprised by their genuine courteous and perky vibes as I dumped the jungle change from my large chai lattⁿqe -4 splenda-whole milk-xtra hot that I even threw an extra $1 in the tip mug 👍🏾-- to those two wonderful ladies, y'all rock!!
