This morning is the last i ordered to this place. I don't know they served people cold sandwich here. That's the worst Dunkin i ever had.

Came in for a mobile order pick up and let someone at pick up counter know my name but after my order was made instead of placing it at the pick up station it was left behind the counter near the prep station that unfortunately had uncovered pre-prepped tortillas and an open tub of cream cheese

Came to get a donut for my daughter Nov 1st 2024 and the cashier packed the donut looked at me and rest it down behind the pick up section out of my reach. Didn't even call my name on the receipt (ordered through my app) . Stayed in store for a bit to get a quick charge up only to witness the same cashier be nasty to a woman over a mistaken order then stated she'd call 911. WOW

I bought half a dozen donuts today and the cashier made a small and understandable mistake, her supervisor comes up sees this and starts loudly berating the poor employee. Mistakes happen it's not a big deal but talking down to employees and yelling at them in front of customers is just unprofessional.

This Dunkin has horrible customer service. It Takes 15 minutes to get a ice coffee and a chicken wrap. And wasted my time to get the wrong meal. Bad customer service. Worst Dunkin’ they have no care for other people they were mad. Hempstead’s Dunkin’ it’s way better Jamaica 161 Dunkin’ has a really bad customer service
