My experience here was very disappointing. The food was not well prepared, and the customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. Employees were unprofessional and spent time talking negatively about new customers with regulars, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.I also felt discriminated against because of my race, which is unacceptable in any business. On top of that, I was denied access to the bathroom even though I made a purchase. That was extremely frustrating and disrespectful.I came in expecting a decent meal and a welcoming environment, but instead I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This is not how customers should be treated.

I would not recommend this Dunkin ! I used get my iced coffee and donuts until I realized they are selling stale donuts and frosting them with no gloves on their hands . Coffee always taste burnt. Location Need new management

Warning: this location has prices significantly higher than all the other downtown ones. A large iced coffee is a full dollar more expensive here than at the train station

Only at this location charge for less ice or more ice. Even if you order on the app. I recommend going to 707 Broad st. It's right next to Nike and their store is bigger and you save money. For some reason 188 Market st has higher prices. WANNA SAVE? GO TO 707 BROAD ST.
