This review is long overdue for this location. I went to buy coffee & the lady she looks like an indian w black mid shoulder hair started yelling at me at the cashier. I told her Dont yell at me and she continues, till i was at the very end of the counter near the exit waiting for my sandwich. I was so upset i just left my coffee & didnt wait for my sandwich anymore & i never went back to this location. I just wished they try to give this certain employee some refresher course how to do customer service, it seems like we are talking about the same employee on the reviews here on this dunkin location.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’. While I was waiting for my order, I witnessed one of the male employees mocking a woman just because she didn’t speak English fluently. He waited until she left, then started laughing and imitating her accent in front of other staff. It was disgusting and disrespectful. On top of that, I was overcharged for my order and had to correct it myself. If this is how customers are treated—especially those just trying to communicate the best they can—then this location seriously needs new management and better training.

The owner need to fire the employee’s some of them not all of them. They treat customers with a nasty discusting attitude!!!! Like they not getting paid !!! .They need to work on their behavior towards the clients!!!
