Coffee is always inconsistent here. Today I purchased coffee and half dozen “assorted” donuts off the App. Apparently assorted means the donuts no one would purchase in person. My hot coffee was Luke warm. Not sure why I keep coming back.

I see why this location has BAD reviews. The first picture is the drink I always get. (I took a picture because I love it so much I wanted just that every time I go). The NEXT day order the SAME thing and the girl that’s always handling drive thru orders gives me this. Not paying attention I grab it and didn’t take me far to realize this isn’t my drink. I go back and the same girl says to me “yeah you could come inside we probably won’t give you you’re money back but we can make a new one and charge you again” LOL OKAY.This is bad business. I come in to talk to a manager and someone who isn’t one was quick to take my order. I explained what happened and how rude this girl was. Shes convinced that I’m wrong and don’t know my own order. I keep explaining to her I always come to this location because it’s always done right. Well TODAY it wasn’t. She came back later to hand me the last photo. At this point I have to laugh because apparently a FROZEN COFFEE is a FROZEN CHOCOLATE now.Very unprofessional and sad that this is another local spot that I won’t give me money too. Do better and if you don’t like your job that is not the customers fault. Happy new years.

I love the Dunkin Donuts on Cedar Lane. The ladies are truly so sweet and welcoming there. I normally see them daily as I past through the drive through. Thank You for being courteous and kind and always keeping a smile each day. There are at least 5 of the ladies there who knows me by my order, large ice coffee 3 caramel swirls and 1 cream!

I live nearby and have visited this Dunkin location several times. Overall, it's a convenient stop for coffee or donuts.The customer service is generally OK—staff are informative and do their job, but don't expect a particularly warm or memorable interaction. I usually go for either iced or hot coffee, and while it's reliably made, I've noticed that when Dunkin releases a new item, this location doesn't offer it right away. The wait time can really vary depending on when you go, and the overall atmosphere shifts day to day. Some days it's calm; other days it's busy and a bit chaotic. One downside is the parking situation. This location was built on the site of an old loan savings building, so the lot really wasn't designed with customer traffic in mind. It can be tough to find a spot, especially during busy hours. I haven’t paid much attention to the cleanliness overall, but in the past, I've noticed that the tables sometimes have leftover straw wrappers and packets, so that could be improved. Not a bad location for a quick snack if you're nearby.

Beware. Coffee cups had their lids loose and spilled all over my clothes, the coffee tastes burnt, the service was slow. This shop needs a retraining on fundamentals. Back to basics on how to deliver quality product with quality customer service. This place lacks the simple fundamentals.
