I got a french cruller. It was kinda wet and a bit stale. My buddy ate some hashbrowns. He loves them. There is no seating.

Whenever I make an order on the app or in person it takes minimum of 20min . They spend more time talking in the back and they always forget an item. There needs to be a mystery shopper from corporate to see what’s actually happening .

I go to buy donuts for mothers day , he tells me the box is 18 dollars so I proceed to start picking out my 12 donuts , after putting 9 in the box he finally says the ones I chose where more money . I ask if he would work around it considering he failed to let me know from the start . He grabs the donuts and start putting them all away and grabs them all bare hands. Worse experience

Half of the staff don’t work, literally they’re just watching the line accumulate.I really hope Management will read this and replace half their staff so that when their place gets so busy that they will have a full team that can actually jump in into the hard work. Right now they have only one hard-working person into people that are just waiting around. They need a full team of people that will jump into barista positions too shorten the line if they need to.
