Horrible by no fault of the staff but the environment itself. Absolutely nightmarish location. Fights, chaos and havoc breaking loose all throughout the day. I feel bad for the staff working in such a dangerous environment. Being across the street from the police doesn’t even help. They can’t even get orders correct because they need to manage being berated by aggressive customers fighting teenagers.

Do not come here. These employees don’t know what they’re doing and they only work there because they are closely related to the people recruiting them. My bagel is mad stale with barely any cream cheese. And yes I ordered it toasted. Who tf would use cream cheese and put mad ode cream cheese in the hole, then leave the rest? Mind you I told them my online order just for them to catch an attitude and say they never received it? Whole time the order was ready and they were just being airheads.

This place is going to be needed to shut down. While waiting in line, I saw a roach run across the floor, that's bad enough, but also they took away the seating so no one can at least sit and stir the coffee for a little bit. I understand you don't want loitering, but that's what signs are for. The restroom: I asked to use the restrooms, I made a purchase. They told me no. There's no sign on the door saying broken. A lock mechanism with push buttons is on an unlabeled door. So is it really broken? Or you just don't want outside people using it.Also, the service is terrible. The staff is rude, too. When I asked a simple question about the ingredients of a drink, their response was unwarranted and unprofessional, as if I had asked them to open the register.Also they need to take the "dine in" option off the Google listing
