Very disappointed with my service today while waiting for my coffee I opened the lid and found a long hair in the lip bought it to the attention of the cashier and he looked bothered and I didn't even get an apology. Ordered the $6 meal the bagel wasn't properly toasted and the bacon was horrible!

Thank you DD for this location. I definitely needed one here. The employees were friendly and courteous. I had a delicious bacon, egg and cheese croissant and it was reasonably priced. Prompt service. Overall clean, comfortable seating and well lit. Conveniently located near transportation buses Bx5, Bx6, Bx19 and the Hunts Point train station.

Just one staff, she was making food orders for a delivery. I came in and waited for at least 10 mins, no greetings and no one to take the order. When I asked one staff working there if it’s going to take long, her response was I’m just doing my orders, wait if you want to. I understand she is doing her job and has handful of orders. But she didn’t have to be rude for asking how long would it take for me to get my order. They need to train and brief their staffs fr.

I was just here they racially discriminated me by letting someone skip me and taking them before me mind you it’s was empty she walked in after me .but I guess because she’s a different race than me she gets to do that …..I repeat Do not spend your money here

It took me 15 minutes just to get one cup of hot coffee. I even saw other customers leave because of the long wait. You only had two workers, and they were both busy making orders. This is unacceptable and clearly not their fault—they were doing their best. Whoever manages this store needs to hire more staff, especially during rush hours. This level of service is ridiculous!!!!
