It’s nice and cold in there so that’s the only plus. I’m not sure what type of matcha latte this is but they couldn’t even mix it properly. Don’t work here if you’re going to be miserable and not do your job correctly. There are a lot of other people who are looking for a job. Been coming here for a while now, I'd say I'm a regular, every time I'm there for a visit the service is very friendly. Always nice to see Harun, Mohamed and the elder man with glasses I believe his name is Hasum, they recognize me and are always welcoming all the time. If you run into these gentlemen just know you'll be well taken care of. My Go-To at times is a Boston Kreme donut and a plain medium Black Coffee Iced or Hot.

Wrong orders come; instead Turkey sausages they put pork sausage, and last time when i looked to sandwich lady aggressively said whatever's you order, someone's sue this placenext one is a takes another 30 minutes; understaffed Dunkin.

My favorite part about this location is the management, they are so friendly and understanding. I look forward to coming here for my breakfast and seeing the familiar faces. They work very hard and its a great location.

Sinking Donut is hands down one of the best spots near my apartment! The donuts are always fresh, delicious, and have the perfect texture. Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee or indulging in a sweet treat, they never disappoint.What really makes this place special is the amazing staff. Everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and are quick to help with recommendations or make my order just right. It’s nice to have such a great place in the neighborhood where the service is as good as the food!Highly recommend if you're in the area. This has become my go-to spot for donuts and coffee!
