Constantly repeating my order. I'll ask for a hazelnut coffee they'll immediately ask "caramel?" No... hazelnut... Workers are mostly unfriendly but you'll find one or two who are. NO SENSE OF URGENCY. Often one worker during busy hours and they work at the slowest pace imaginable. Waited over 15 minutes and walked out with nothing because the line was just not moving. Most of the workers are on their phones and they just don't care for your time.

August 2 2025 , I walked in to get a ice coffee. I told the young man skim milk please. I look over and saw him pouring a white box that said milk for coffee. I asked him was that skim milk because I get sick with whole milk . He said yes and gave it to me . He was wrong later that day I got very sick . I will never go to a dunkin donuts again . I am very sick

It’s terrible inside. Somebody trashed the place. There was only one employee working. I had wait too long along with others. Never going there again.

Slow customers don’t seem they know what they doing. Need lots of work they do not fallow instruction well when come to order
