I used the Dunkin’ Donut Points App and I used my points to get a drink and then they said it didn’t work and my points got wasted. Bad Place.

I ordered breakfast here and the only thing that was disappointing was my Ice Coffee. I listed all the ingredients and my ice coffee was not light, hardly had milk, and lacking flavor. Never again will I order breakfast for delivery from this location.

Food and drinks are always fresh but that’s thanks to Dunkin’s great quality control on it’s products coming in. Where the downfall of this location begins is with its customer service. It doesn’t exist. Rude and inattentive to the customers that arrive. Once the amount of customers outweighs the employees, it seems they just give up. Also—at the time of writing this review, there has been a specific homeless man hanging outside the location for over a week deterring customers from wanting to come in due to his appearance and odor. Not sure if he’s the manager’s friend or if the manager is sleeping back there on a bed of glazed donuts.

.went with a list for myself and coworkers...spend $45.00...server said everything is in the bags..at the job found out that $5.49 turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich was missing from order...tried calling the phone #..out of service...REALLY...business phone is not working? it's on the receipt...so I guess I have to ck each item next time....NOT FAIR...
