Disgusting and unacceptable.I asked for a strawberry smoothie and got some mystery pink sludge instead. I should’ve walked out the moment I saw that mess pouring out of the container. The freezer was clearly broken—ice cream was half-melted, full of freezer burn, and they were still scooping it out like nothing was wrong. Serving spoiled products is not just gross, it’s dangerous.
