Love the atmosphere at the Dunkin on 172 Water st. The workers are kind and very attentive with customers orders. You smile at them and they smile at you and I appreciate that. A smile goes a long way. I love this Dunkin and I'm happy to have them by my office space.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever had to deal with, unfortunately its around the corner from my office. They are supposed to open at 5am and never ever open on time. When they do open there is never any coffee ready and have to wait for them to brew a pot of decaf. They are rude, slow and just don't care. I wish I liked Starbucks because I would never visit this Dunkin again. Horrible, horrible store.

Very rude young lady that is taking orders. She kept saying my order incorrectly when telling her partner what to make for me(ordered iced green tea). I kept correcting her, but she ignored me, and I was given the incorrect tea. When I told her, she got smart and said “You just said tea” and acted mad. I told her I said “green tea” 3 times. No worries. I won’t go back to that location, corporate knows about the poor service, and I got 200 points added to my app, as a result. Thankfully, there are plenty of other Dunkin locations to visit. Worst one ever, at this location! Also, it wasn’t even clean , really.
