Horrible customer service. Rude and staff has bad attitudes.Egg sandwich croissant was burnt bacon raw & cheese not melted.I wanted over 20 mins for refund making me stand on line.The lady that finally figured out how to give me refund was trying and was pleasant..She was looking for a manager no where to be found..save your money and time don’t go there if you don’t want to be frustrated.

Horrible customer service and food. Placed an order on the dunkin app, pulled up to the drive thru window to get my order, food was COLD. I got the snackin bacon for my autistic daughter because she is extremely picky & it came out freezing congealed with fat. They wouldn’t reheat it or make another one. They had no idea what we had in our order. We had to tell them again. Donut I got is smushed. Never again. And it’s sad I used to work here back in 2013 & I NEVER sent out food like that.

This is an awful place. I waited in the drive-thru for so long and they still refused to take my order, even at the window. Absolutely unacceptable and terrible service!
