I go to this dunkin all the time and usually things are fine. They recently got a renovation and it looks beautiful inside, however, the quality of the drinks has apparently been impacted. Today I found a fly in my drink. this can happen anywhere but it was very disgusting and deeply upsetting. Be careful of your drinks.

We came here many times, I don't know why I didn't review this place lol. This is one of the best Dunkin we have ever visited! The people who work there are very professional and nice. They greet you nicely and take their time to fulfill your orders. Shout out to Parveen (apa), Shaon, Pavel, Minhaz, Stanly and Kishwar. They are a very efficient team. We wish them all the best! 👌🏾🙏🏾🤘🏾

My drink is expired. I got a strawberry refresher which is supposed to be pink and tasting like a strawberry refresher. I have received a dark orange drink that tastes nasty. The place smells and everything looks bad. The employees aren’t helpful at all. Worst place I have ever been to.

Tried this location twice. First time they had only 1 (one!) variety of doughnut remaining. At 2PM. Stopped in today because my grandson wanted a doughnut. Ordered on the app. One doughnut was the order. Stood there for five minutes until a woman asked what I was waiting for. Showed her the order on my phone. She gave me the doughnut without looking at me, just an outstretched arm, no thank you. Is it that difficult to be nice to people, to make them feel welcome? I guess so. Plus they leave crumpled dollar bills (tips, I guess. For what I don’t know) behind the counter on a shelf near the food.Service was, in its way, truly amazing. Plus the place is always filthy.

Store was too cluttered of merchandise and other stuff hard to maneuver around the store. Sandwich was done right and tasted good, coffee was hot
