Worst Dunkin’ I ever went to. Service is so slow even though they’re not busy. Also, the employees need training and manners. One time, they messed up my order twice and when I told them about it, they yelled at me like it’s my fault! Sorry you don’t know how to do your job right! It’s alright to make mistakes but don’t yell at the customer. Just please save your time and go to the Dunkin’ in 102 street the employees are far more nicer and are more considerate

I ordered an iced latte, but the staff asked if I wanted it hot, even though I clearly said "iced." Then I noticed the price on the screen was incorrect, so I asked again to confirm it was an iced latte. She was like omg with an attitude. won't be coming back again.

This is the closest location for me and they made my order wrong twice in one week. This staff lacks accountability. They are rude and more focused on talking to each other instead greeting the customers and providing good customer service. The mobile orders take way too long to be ready.

I just came in to order my ice latte and i said whipped cream and she charges me for double extra shot and caramel which was fine bc i wanted whipped cream and the lady there wants to come and CHARGE ME EXTRA once again for my whipped cream and im like wth then what was all the extra stuff for and she wants to come and say “idk” told her to call her manager and the manager is sooo usless bc he said the registers come automatically to charge extra like what… i thought it would be a good place to get coffee since its under the train but if they dont get rid of those rude employees and a better manager this place wont last .!!!! Horrible customer service!!!

Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever, they never change their gloves. They use the same gloves while dealing with money and will use the same gloves to make your sandwich. Your coffee is going to be gross. They put more milk in your coffee than coffee. The workers also rude as well. Save your money.
