This is not the first time this location has messed up my order but being that it’s conveniently located right next to the metro north it makes it easier to grab a cup of coffee but if you don’t make the order right, there’s no point.This wasent even a latte it taste like hot coffee that they poured oatmilk into. If you need better coffee, there is a Dunkin’ Donuts located on 233rd and white plains road that gets your order right everytime!

I asked if she can give me more cream cheese because she didn't put enough and She claims she gave me plenty 👀 but where is the cream cheese... There's clearly bread still exposed and a thin layer. Worst service ever

I've had to walk out nore times then I've been served. Constantly taking longer the 20 minutes for a line of 2 people. And when I finaly do get my order taken it is wrong.
